The Clover Team

In 2016, after decades of working in and consulting with nonprofit organizations, Emily Anthony, Julie Edsforth, and Mary Ellen Cunningham recognized an unmet need for executive-level search and transition services specifically designed for smaller community-based nonprofit organizations. Clover Search Works was founded in that Fall, and since then we have completed 80+ search engagements for organizations of all shapes and sizes that are working for thriving, equitable communities and a healthier planet. All of our work is grounded in the nonprofit perspective; we approach every search with the eyes of nonprofit leaders, staff members, funders, and board members, because we have experience in all of those roles. We think that makes a big difference in how we approach our work and how we connect with both clients and candidates.
